(NASPRI), Lt Col Adamu Yahaya Ngulde has urged graduands of the 3rd Quarter 2025 courses in the school to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and responsibility expected of their rank and the new knowledge acquired during period of their courses in NASPRI.
He made this known Friday during the graduation ceremony held at the Lt Gen TA Lagbaja auditorium Muhammadu Buhari Cantonment, Giri, Abuja

According to him, the skills and knowledge they acquired are critical for the Nigerian Military and indeed for the nation, especially in this era where information management, strategic Communication, and media operations have become indispensable tools in both peace and conflict times.
Lt Col Ngulde further stated that the Nigerian Military has continued to face dynamic and complex challenges in the security environment, particularly in the areas of counter – insurgency, internal security, and stability operations. In all these, he stressed that information management and communication have proven to be as critical as kinetic operations, NASPRI he said has therefore remained steadfast in aligning it’s training programmes with the overall command philosophy of the Chief of Army Staff which is ” To Consolidate the Transformation of the Nigerian Army Towards Bequeathing a Well – Motivated and Combat – Ready Force that can Effectively Discharge it’s Constitutional Responsibilities within a Joint And Multi – Agency Environment”.
The Commandant used the medium to express sincere gratitude to the Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Olufemi Oluyede, for his unwavering support to NASPRI. His commitment to the professional development of military personnel in the area of public relations, according to him has been instrumental in strengthening the capabilities of the institution as under his leadership, NASPRI has continued to receive the necessary resources and support to remain a center of excellence.
Similarly, he extended his appreciation to the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral EI Ogalla and the Chief of Air Staff Air Marshall HB Abubakar for their confidence in NASPRI and continuously sending their personnel to benefit from the courses. Lt Col Ngulde also recognized the efforts of the Commander TRADOC NA, Maj Gen Kevin Aligbe, and the Chief of Training (Army), Maj Gen Abubakar Ndalolo, whose steadfast support has been instrumental in ensuring that NASPRI remains a critical component in the Army’s overall training architecture.
The Acting Chief Instructor of the school, Maj Tonye Wenke, while presenting the course appraisal, said the students were taken through theoretical and practical assessment in variety of subjects geared towards enhancing their proficiency in the field.
According to Maj Wenke, the students during inauguration were advised to adhere strictly to laid down rules and regulations as contained in the School Standard Operating Procedure. He therefore expressed pleasure that all students exhibited high level of discipline and determination throughout the course which was evident in their overall performance as it was adjudged above average.
Climax of the event was the presentation of certificates to the graduating students, presentation of awards to students who distinguished themselves during the course and group photographs at the front of the NASPRI office complex.
